The short version

MadMatch is a free tool to run table tennis tournaments. Using it means you agree to a few simple rules. If anything is unclear, write to hi@madmatch.app.

What MadMatch is

A web app for creating and managing table tennis tournaments. The marketing pages and the public spectator hub at /tournaments are open to anyone. To create your own tournaments, you need a free account.

Who can use it

Anyone 13 or older. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for activity on your account.

It is free

MadMatch is free to use today. No charges, no credit card required, no limits on tournaments, players, or matches. If we ever introduce paid features (such as advanced stats or custom branding), the core tournament tools will stay free.

Your data, your tournaments

You own the tournament data you enter. We store and process it only to run the product on your behalf. You can export or delete your tournaments at any time.

If you mark a tournament as public, its data becomes visible to anyone visiting the spectator hub. Do not include private or sensitive information in tournament titles, descriptions, or player notes.

Acceptable use

Do not use MadMatch to:

• Harass, threaten, or defame other people.
• Upload fake, misleading, or illegal content.
• Try to break or abuse the service (excessive automated requests, bypassing authentication, large-scale scraping).
• Spam reactions or predictions on the public hub to manipulate results.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or removed. We will explain why when we can.

No warranty

MadMatch is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or zero bugs. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond returning any fee we ever charged you (which, today, is zero).

Changes

If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time. We will remove your data within a reasonable period, usually under 30 days.
